Has anyone insisted on calling your mutt a stupid name?
Q. I was at the dog park last night, and this lady asked me if my dogs were both Schnoodles. I said one is a Toy Poodle, and the other is a Poodle and we think Schnauzer mix. Anyway, the lady insisted he is a Schnoodle, and said her sister owns two that look exactly like my dog. I didn't know mutts looked alike. I told her we weren't 100% sure because he was sold to us from a rescue as a Poodle Mix. The dog in question is on the left and my Toy Poodle is on the right.

what is the differences between hand mixer insisted of a paddle attachment?
Q. i only have a had mixer and this recipe calls for a paddle attachment and I dont have one so can i use just my hand mixer?
Asked by angeleyez - Sun Jul 2 14:58:54 2006 - - 4 Answers - 0 Comments
A. Is it a bread dough? That would be better to just do it by hand with a wooden spoon, because it would be too heavy for a hand mixer. But if it's a cake batter consistency, then it doesn't really matter, either will work just fine.

What happened with the moron who insisted on getting an "outside dog"?
Q. That whole thing really upset me - how she kept insisting that she wanted a dog and she didn't want to hear how she shouldn't leave it outside...yadda yadda. People like that have no business caring for animals. Here's the original: Please click the link above for details of her rant. More than anything, I'm concerned that someone so immature would even own a pet, let alone make it live outside.

Republican Party insists on purity of doctrine for its members what other party insisted on this pre-WWII?
Q. There was another party that insisted on purity of doctrine in Germany what was it called?
Asked by da.yooper57 - Tue Nov 10 07:36:39 2009 - - 14 Answers - 0 Comments
A. Actually, there were 2: the Communist Party and the National Socialist Party. The Nazis stomped the Communists out of existence upon taking power. Don't forget the USSR, which had Stalin's purges going on at the same time. Of course they were much deadlier, but the same parallel may be drawn here regarding today's GOP, which Pat Buchanan describes as being in a circular firing squad. To those who say the GOP is diverse, think again. Palin just put another House seat in the hands of Democrats over ideological purity. Rahm Emmanuel filled both chambers by urging more conservative Democrats to run. The Democrats are by far more diverse.

Why do you think southerners in Congress insisted on the passage of a "fugitive slave act"?
Q. And why did others oppose it?
Asked by Anon E. Mous A - Sat Sep 29 14:05:03 2007 - - 2 Answers - 0 Comments
A. Without the Fugitive Slave Act any free state became a sanctuary for an escaped slave. The Act put the full weight of the federal government behind retrieving escaped slaves and punishing any whites who aided or concealed them. This had the effect of forcing the Underground Railroad to ship them to Canada.

If you are a smoker, have you ever gotten into a debate and insisted that it didn't matter if you smoked?
Q. The reason being because you die sometime so what does it matter? It totally matters to me. I'm not a smoker and I wanted to know what smokers think. Sorry, if I came across as negative. I always take the side that it does matter.
Asked by some guy - Mon Jan 19 00:53:30 2009 - - 13 Answers - 0 Comments
A. While I personally enjoy smoking, I understand that many people don't like the smell. My opinion is that if you're at my house or in my car, you're going to have to deal with it. But if I'm around someone else's property, I'll be courteous and either smoke away from that person or go outside to smoke. But no, I really have not gotten into a heated debate about smoking. (But that doesn't dismiss tiny arguments about it. I've had plenty of those.)
