What do you need in order to qualify to become Christine Daae on the Broadway Phantom of the Opera musical?
Q. I really hope to work towards being Christine Daae on Broadway, but what qualifications would I need? I know singing must be one of them, but do I also need to know ballet, would a general knowledge be enough? And how important would acting be (scale of one through ten- ten being most important). And where would I be able to find out when their looking to cast a new Christine? Thanks for answering : )

A. On a scale of one to ten, acting would be a ten. Singing would be an eleven. And dancing would be at least a seven. You wouldn't need to necessarily be able to go en pointe, but you would definitely need to know ballet otherwise. Watch the show ten dozen times, and individual clips on youtube. Observe all of Christine's dance moves. Get yourself to a skill level to match that. Professionally, not on your own. It would certainly help to go to college for acting. It would look good on a resume, and would help get you more prepared. Go out for every preforming gig you can between here and there. Community theatre, school theatre, short skits, Shakespeare, singing in clubs, whatever. More on your list, the better. Of course, singing, but… [cont.]

Will you vote for Christine Gregorie or Dino Rossi this coming election?
Q. I think i'm sticking to Christine Gregorie i kind of like how things are in Washington State right now. I do think it's funny how Dino Rossi is copying Obama's "change" theme though.

A. Neither if I had another choice, but as it stands Rossi. I believe I stand a better chance of keeping what property rights I have left. As a small biz owner Gregoire hasn't done us any favors, her interests lay with the large corporation needs. She had the chance to cut B & O taxes with the surplus but opted for a "rainy day" fund. In our time of need, gas @ 4.50+ a gallon, a gas tax relief of .39 would have kept us on parr with the rest of the nation. Those folks in the Chehalis valley had their "rainy day" and it was the generosity of citizens around the state that provided the greatest relief, not the Govenor's office. The only great point for Gregoire is that she is amazing at trade negotiations outside the USA, she should move up to… [cont.]

Q. I know the movie says he dies by inhaling bad fumes, but how does he die according to the book?

A. its a long time since I read the book but I think he committed suiside in the car by exhaust fumes. His daughter choked to death in the car.
