It seems since the Great Meltdown, Chairman of Federal Reserve gets more attention than the President or Congress, where does his power orginate from, is he the ultimate authority on all financial matters in U.S. He has started spending money like a "drunkin sailor" Can anyone stop him, or is he the ultimate power in financial matters in U.S.? Does he have a boss, or is he the boss? Can he be fired? Impeached?
